Krika does not only notify you but it also offers a web dashboard for analytics of faulty devices so can check what’s wrong before you drive over to your customer’s place.

Krika Mini and Krika One monitor all devices that are connected to your customer’s network. In case there is malfuntion of a device or even of the entire network you’ll get a SMS and/or email alert on which you can take action. The Krika dashboard you can access through your personal Krika account has analytic tools and let you even reboot devices if the device provides this feature. In case a reboot doesn’t fix the issue you’ll at least know which device is defective or faulty before you drive over to your customer’s.

Krika is not a „Spy-Tool“, it just supervises online status of network devices and shows you device information that are available through their LAN interface such as IP address, MAC address, online time, connection losses and more. Krika does not monitor network traffic and is not able to see information that is exchanged between network devices. It can’t see browsing history of your customer’s computer, smart phone or tablet.

Installation and set-up of Krika is pretty easy. Just connect the Krika box to your customer’s network and it will immediately start to interact with Krika’s cloud service. The cloud service sends you SMS and email notifications and comprises a password-protected dashboard that can be accessed through a web browser. Krika comes with a one-year subscription for cloud service.
